Description

The Schwarz IT department is responsible for managing the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group.

This includes selecting, providing, operating, and continuously developing IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications.

In order to support the business processes of various departments with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT consults with these departments to understand their requirements and collaborates with them to develop professional and high-performing IT solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing various topics related to our SAP-HR payroll solutions and driving digitalization in the payroll environment
Serving as a competent contact person for our department and for our national and international departments
Contributing creative ideas and actively participating in the development of our payroll solutions and implementation of new technologies (such as SAP NextGen Payroll)
Developing into a subproject manager or application manager and shaping the implementation of new requirements
Working closely with application development and adjacent departments, including management
Supporting ongoing operations through application support and managing our national and international contacts

Your profile should include:

A degree in (business) informatics, human resource management, business, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in the SAP HCM environment, ideally in the payroll module
Enthusiasm for new challenges and the opportunity to shape the SAP HCM technology transformation
Strong communication skills, IT affinity, teamwork, and customer orientation
High social and intercultural competence
