What does an Office Assistant with Paul Davis do?

Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
Intake new jobs
Assist in updating job files
Assist in sending statements to customers
Assist in collecting funds for completed jobs
Scan Receipts and Maintain files
Sort mail
Problem solve and help people find solutions
Maintain Office Supplies
Handle sub-contractor paperwork-W-9, Insurance Certificates
Other office duties as assigned
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
