MEDICAL RECORDS / CENTRAL SUPPLY COORDINATOR


The
Medical Records / Central Supply Coordinator at Park View Rehab Center is responsible for ensuring all resident records are properly attached to the resident electronic file, order nursing supplies, stocking supplies, and ensuring facility physicians sign orders monthly.

In addition this position will maintain the Quality Assurance book and scheduling appointments.


Position Qualifications:


  • Nursing home experience
  • Computer literate
  • Extremely organized
  • Medical records and/or central supply experience preferred
