- Ensure that all customer returns and exchanges are completed in the system and that the correct procedures are followed according to the nature of the return/exchange. Escalate any issues to management as needed.
- Check all returned items for damages before returning to web for resale. If item is faulty ensure that it is carefully checked and reported to the appropriate department.
- Maintain customer service team up date of the status of returns/ exchanges.
- Maintain returns area and warehouse organized and properly maintained by ensuring that housekeeping standards are met and adhere to Health & Safety standards and guidelines on a daily basis.
- Ensure warehouse packing supply is ordered in a timely manner.
- Liaise with couriers to ensure any inquiries with shipping are resolved.
- Ensure that all shipping and customs paperwork is properly completed and submitted.
- Assist with warehouse duties as required by management.
- Prior experience in inventory management/ e-commerce.
- Able to commute to North Bergen, NJ.
- Able to work full-time hours through the end of July at least.
