- Conducting formulation and application testing of water-based binders and related technologies.
- Providing technical support to internal and external clients.
- Assisting with laboratory experiments and tests.
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Documenting test results and preparing reports.
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or materials science preferred, but not required.
- 0-5 years of relevant industrial experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 4-10 years of relevant work experience with a High School graduation.
- Experience and knowledge in formulation and application testing of water-based binders and related technologies preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
