- Execute onboarding process for all new employees.
- Maintain and update the Employee Handbook.
- Handle payroll operations and transactions.
- Keep HRIS system updated.
- Oversee performance evaluations and participate as necessary.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to implement HR strategies regarding talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Offer support and guidance on complex HR issues to management and staff.
- Lead talent acquisition activities, including recruitment and hiring.
- Collaborate with supervisors to identify skill requirements for open positions.
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends, propose competitive pay programs.
- Develop learning programs for employee development in partnership with Training and Development.
- Handle employee disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and laws.
- Perform assigned duties effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when needed.
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough understanding of employment laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent HR work experience.
- Previous leadership experience is a must.
- Experience in the medical field is desirable.
- Extended periods of desk work and computer usage.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
