For 15 years, Woodward has been providing IT and communication services to small and medium-sized businesses in Bremen and the surrounding areas. Our Managed Services concept ensures the well-being of 150 servers and over 800 workstations, as well as the needs of the users behind these devices. In exciting projects, we design new IT infrastructures from networks to server landscapes to end devices, or expand existing systems. Cloud solutions such as Microsoft 365 are also increasingly being used. Our focus is always on customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities

Supporting our customers' IT infrastructure:

Installation, maintenance, and administration of servers and clients in the Windows environment and their associated networks
Management of data backup systems
Administration of cloud services, such as Microsoft Office 365
Installation and configuration of hardware and software
Software-based maintenance and monitoring of customer systems
Telephone support and remote assistance
