    )

    Come work with a local, woman, and therapist founded and run company Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Sign Language Interpreter to provide services in the school setting for the rest of the school year.

    We are looking for to hire for a full time position.
    We offer industry-leading wages for ASL Sign Language Interpreters, *starting at $40/hour*.

    We pride ourselves in offering employee-friendly contracts, 100% transparency, easy and quick communication and zero non-compete clauses - we want you to be happy where you work We also provide many levels of support including 1-1 mentorship for new graduates and teachers new to working in the special needs environment.

    *The Sign Language Interpreter transliterates and interprets, through use of sign language, materials for the hearing disabled student. Facilitates communication between users and non-users of sign language.

    • Position begins ASAP thru June 21, 2024 (and very likely to continue into next school year)
    • Thorough knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL) and Signing Exact English
    • Requires fingerprinting before starting
    *Reimbursements for licensing, continuing education and other professional costs

    • Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate
