Our Resort is seeking an outgoing, professional applicant for our Resort Front Desk Agent Full-time position. Must have flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.


Wyndham Flagstaff Resort is an established resort in Flagstaff, AZ dedicated to providing excellent customer service and hospitality to our guests, from all over the world.

We strive to provide a fun, clean, and safe environment for all of our guests and staff, and our main focus is providing the best Gold Crown service in the industry.


Job Summary:
Front Desk Agent


Our Front Desk Agent is responsible for promoting hospitality at the Front Desk and throughout our resort at all times; welcoming and serving our timeshare owners and guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone.


Essential Job Functions

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct appropriately
  • Receive guest requests and/or complaints and ensure they are handled properly
  • Answer inquiries pertaining the resort's amenities, policies and area attractions
  • Book, confirm and cancel reservations
  • Handle incoming payments for reservations
  • Attend to guests and associates in an attentive, friendly, courteous and serviceoriented manner.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
  • Availability on Closing Shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

a) Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent

b) Knowledge and skills

  • Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer information systems
  • Excellent communication skills
- written and verbal

  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and with a team

c) Job experience

  • 1 year experience in Customer Service
  • Experience in Hospitality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hotel or Resort Experience
*Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays

*Must be able to provide authorization to work in the United States

*Wyndham Flagstaff Resort requires the successful completion of a background check for employment
