    Location: Various Projects, as assigned
    Employment Type: Exempt, Full-Time
    Manager Position: Not Available
    Reports To: Project Manager, or designee
    Travel: Up to 75%
    Summary of Functions
    - Apply knowledge of physical sciences and mathematics underlying engineering.
    - Provide specialized expertise in mechanics of solids, hydraulics, theory of structure, and more.
    - Assist in project execution as per budget, schedule, and specifications.
    - Ensure company's safety culture is enforced following policies.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Embrace Forgen's Core Values in all tasks.
    • Perform Project-specific engineering support including preparing submittals and maintaining record documents.
    • Contribute to technical review of contract plans and specifications.
    • Provide oversight and documentation for project quality control.
    • Manage construction reports, progress tracking, site surveying, and subcontractor coordination.
    • Assist with equipment/material procurement and project cost reporting.
    Experience/Education
    • - Required: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
    • - Beneficial: Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Primavera P6, and other software.
    • - Safety training preferred but not mandatory.
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • - Self-directed with strong organizational skills.
    • - Advanced understanding of construction engineering technology, codes, and standards.
    • - Highly motivated with a passion for excellence and safety.
    • - Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    Physical Demands
    • - Ability to communicate effectively and good manual dexterity.
    • - Sitting for extended periods is common, occasional site visits may be required.
    Work Environment
    • - Primarily indoor office setting, occasional outdoor visits to construction sites.
    • - Exposure to job site environment and occasional extreme weather conditions.
