Assistant to the Branch Manager - Glenn Dale, United States - Skyline Enterprises
Description
You will support the branch manager with administrative tasks, analyses, research, and reporting. The following tasks are part of this exciting position:
- Professional office organization and support for the branch manager
- Management and administration of the branch's time accounts
- Responsible for personnel administration in the branch and liaison with our HR team at headquarters
- Point of contact for colleagues in the HR department
- Active support for ad-hoc requests and handling of confidential information
- Compliance with and enforcement of our quality management regulations at the location
- Preparation, planning, and organization of internal and external appointments and events (e.g. summer parties, Christmas parties, trade fairs)
- Extensive calendar management, including scheduling and monitoring appointments
- Participation in various projects
What we expect:
- Ideally, you have a background in a commercial field
- A confident demeanor and a good sense for people, as well as enthusiasm for human resources
- You have previous experience in a similar position and know how to prioritize tasks
- You have a structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working
- You have a good understanding of numbers and strong organizational skills
