Description

You will support the branch manager with administrative tasks, analyses, research, and reporting. The following tasks are part of this exciting position:

  • Professional office organization and support for the branch manager
  • Management and administration of the branch's time accounts
  • Responsible for personnel administration in the branch and liaison with our HR team at headquarters
  • Point of contact for colleagues in the HR department
  • Active support for ad-hoc requests and handling of confidential information
  • Compliance with and enforcement of our quality management regulations at the location
  • Preparation, planning, and organization of internal and external appointments and events (e.g. summer parties, Christmas parties, trade fairs)
  • Extensive calendar management, including scheduling and monitoring appointments
  • Participation in various projects

What we expect:
  • Ideally, you have a background in a commercial field
  • A confident demeanor and a good sense for people, as well as enthusiasm for human resources
  • You have previous experience in a similar position and know how to prioritize tasks
  • You have a structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working
  • You have a good understanding of numbers and strong organizational skills
