SUMMARY
The Nicolet Union High School District is seeking an innovative and collaborative Administrative Assistant.

This position is primarily responsible for coordinating the functions, activities, work and record keeping of the Superintendent's Office and Nicolet Union High School District School Board.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Previous education, training, work or life experience which provides reasonable evidence of the successful performance of the various tasks listed.

Such experience may be evidenced by some computer training. A high school diploma is required.

Preferred degree in education, communications, business or related fields or at a minimum outstanding achievement in high school and/or technical college.

Job-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required.

Five years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience, at least one of which has been as a secretary or office manager to a top executive in a school district or large private or public organization within the last five years.

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
