- Leading a diverse team of internal consultants/program managers, positioning the team as the go-to partner for large-scale changes in Invesco
- Establishing partnerships with Executive leadership to implement strategic changes throughout Invesco
- Engaging significantly in various programs at the executive level, providing guidance and support, while also mentoring the Internal Consulting team in day-to-day operations
- Developing a consultancy capability that drives strategic transformations in Invesco's technology and business programs
- Recruiting and nurturing talent essential for realizing the Internal Consulting vision
- Enhancing transformative program management and consultancy skills across Invesco to support business lines and functions
- Ensuring the success of strategic programs by offering expertise in program delivery, program office, consultancy, and transformation. Establishing appropriate metrics and reporting to monitor performance across programs and engagements
- Leading the evaluation of planned organizational changes and facilitating their adoption through comprehensive change management initiatives, emphasizing employee acceptance and utilization
- Defining, developing, and implementing all change management capabilities, including frameworks, impact assessments, training, strategic communications, and executive alignment
- At least 10 years of combined experience, with a focus on managing large financial services engagements in a major consulting firm (preferably with experience in asset management)
- Successful management of multiple large-scale programs in a corporate environment, encompassing both technology and business aspects (preferably with experience in asset management)
- Experience in coaching and mentoring a diverse team, particularly in a global setting
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, team-building, and communication skills, including proficiency in MS PowerPoint for presentations
- Demonstrated career progression with increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience aligning technology initiatives with business strategies
- Proficiency in managing various methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Lean
- Master's degree is preferred, although equivalent work experience will be considered

The Department:Invesco's Internal Consulting Organization comprises a team of professionals who deliver project and program management as well as consultancy services to support major initiatives within Invesco.
Your Role:
The Internal Consulting Associate Director will oversee a team of Consultants who offer transformative services such as business process optimization, change management, technology enablement, digitization, among others.
This individual is accountable for the effective execution of a portfolio of projects, programs, and consultancy engagements with a focus on quality and minimal risk. Leveraging their consulting and program management experience, they will act as the primary contact for a portfolio of programs managed by their team and occasionally lead complex enterprise programs that require global alignment among Invesco executives.
