We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive sustainable growth. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, generate qualified leads, and contribute significantly to the company's overall growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic marketing, brand management, and lead generation, with a track record of success in a similar role.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement an overarching marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Brand Management:
  • Enhance and maintain the company's brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Implement strategies to elevate brand awareness and perception in the target market.
• Lead Generation:
  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads.
  • Utilize digital marketing, content marketing, events, and other channels to maximize lead generation efforts.
• Digital Marketing:
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and account-based marketing.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
• Public Relations:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute public relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
• Content Development:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Manage the development of marketing collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and other materials.
• Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and measure the success of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead a small, high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure professional development and success.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years in Marketing including experience with professional services firm(s).
• BA in Marketing or related field
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and develop ideas to drive business objectives and generate growth.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with competing levels of priority and rigorous deadlines.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and team leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
