Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma; Bachelors Degree preferred
12 years of work experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector, or have completed the Admin Beginner and Intermediate trail on Trailhead
Salesforce Administrator certification

Who You Are.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration best practices
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Experience in Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) (strongly preferred), Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Analytics Cloud.
Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Strong data management abilities
Be an active trailhead learner

What You'll Do

Serve as primary system administrator for HCZ Salesforce users
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, flows and other routine tasks
Implement and enforce data quality best practices, including data cleaning and deduplication, to ensure accurate and reliable data within the Salesforce platform
Document key policies, procedures, best practices and use cases specific to the organization
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
Perform data uploads with data acquired from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data integrity
Assist in training of power users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across all departments

Schedule

Monday through Friday (9am 5pm)
Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
