    We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with specialized knowledge in developing UI components for Workday products, expertise in ADA and WCAG compliance, and proficiency in Angular. This role requires someone who can combine a strong technical foundation with a passion for accessible design to create exceptional web environments that meet stringent compliance standards.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain user interfaces for Workday applications, ensuring optimal performance and integration.
    • Implement accessible web designs in accordance with ADA and WCAG guidelines to ensure all web applications are accessible to users with disabilities.
    • Utilize Angular and other modern frontend technologies to build responsive and efficient web applications.
    • Conduct regular documentation throughout the development process, maintaining clear and comprehensive records of code, functionalities, and updates.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to ensure technical feasibility and flawless implementation.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies to continually enhance your skill set and our product offerings.
    • Test and refine applications to resolve bugs, improve performance, and enhance user satisfaction.
    Basic qualifications:
    • 7+ years of experience in web development with a specific focus on user interface design for Workday products.
    • Proven experience in developing applications compliant with ADA and WCAG standards.
    • Strong proficiency in Angular and a solid understanding of other frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
    • Demonstrated experience with documentation and maintaining clear, accurate development records.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
