- Oversee the preparation and management of financial documentation and projections, including monthly construction draws and budget forecasts.
- Coordinate with various teams to manage financial flows of Construction projects, ensure timely partnership contributions, and support property accounting during project cycles.
- Prepare and review partnership agreements, manage capital grant applications, and handle reporting for tax and capital funds.
- Develop and strengthen internal control processes and accounting policies.
- Liaise with partners and manage financial relationships concerning tax credits and construction financing.
- Provide support for financial audits, prepare tax returns for various legal entities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Preferred CPA licensing.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and other accounting software.
- Minimum of five years combined experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on low-income housing developments.
- Strong understanding of partnership, corporate, and non-profit accounting and tax filings.
- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in financial statement preparation.
