What you will be doing:
As a leader, you want to take responsibility and contribute to a culture of respectful leadership? Together with your team, you want to ensure the success of the REWE sales concept? Then make our customers your guests and give them the good feeling of being welcome every day at REWE Steven Horn oHG (new opening summer 2024, entry from onwards:

  • You ensure an attractive product presentation, freshness and cleanliness with your attention to detail.
  • You have a sense for measures to inspire our customers for our products and encourage them to make a purchase.
  • You competently lead your team and set a good example.
  • A respectful leadership on equal footing and a trusting cooperation are a matter of course for you.
  • You convince our customers with competent advice and excellent service.
  • You skillfully implement national sales concepts.
  • You have everything under control, from cost and revenue development to regular inventories, merchandise planning and flow of goods.
  • You are responsible for correct price labeling and assortment management.
