As a (Senior) Service Technician (m/f/d) in our Service & Support department, located in Hainesburg, NJ, you will directly support our customers on-site or remotely, ensuring the smooth operation of all relevant media, broadcast, and IT systems.

You are known for your independent and responsible work style, as well as your ability to solve complex problems.

You have applied and deepened your knowledge of a wide range of products from various manufacturers in the broadcast and/or IT sector in complex production environments.

Your tasks - international and dynamic

System and technical support for national and international system installations of our customers in the TV and media industry
Onsite service, remote service, telephone and email support, professional service, patch/update/upgrade service (system development)
Installation, integration, commissioning, and maintenance of AV and IT systems
Analysis of errors, evaluation of logs, and resolution of issues in complex production systems
Monitoring, analyzing, and improving systems and processes
Support for the 24/7 hotline
