Are you looking for a new challenge? Our client in Hamburg is seeking a telephone clerk (m/f/d) for temporary employment with the possibility of permanent employment.
As a telephone clerk, your responsibilities will include documenting results and maintaining master data, optimizing and developing processes, conducting telephone conversations on the topic of payment arrears, and creating solution-oriented and realistic payment plans while adhering to agreed-upon conditions (inbound and outbound).
To be successful in this role, you should have a completed commercial education, experience in call centers/customer service, or be a career changer (m/f/d) with a background in retail, hospitality, banking, or insurance.
