Description

The Company
At Acupuncture Together, it is our mission to provide affordable health and wellness to our community. We do this by offering low-cost, high-volume, personalized acupuncture treatments in a peaceful group setting.

We are a community acupuncture clinic located in North Central Austin. We have provided over 65,000 treatments since 2010, and counting.

We love what we do, we love serving our community, and work diligently to offer the best experience and care we can to our patients.

The Position
One of our front desk who has worked with us for the past four years is relocating. We are looking for her replacement.

Our Front Desk Receptionist must have a compassionate and kind heart, great bedside manners with a welcoming smile, and an appreciation for healing and transformation.

The Front desk must be professional and dedicated, able to stay grounded in a fast-paced environment (we get busy), set healthy professional boundaries, work with energy, commitment, and diligence.

Be proficient in customer/patient service, demonstrate teamwork, integrity, and accountability, and enjoy the feeling of accomplishment from doing one's part in the world, while having fun doing it

Why this job is important:

Our Front Desk Receptionists are the face and warmth of our clinic.

Many patients don't have access to the healthcare they need, they come to us looking for help and are most times in pain.

The front desk is the first interaction with the patient. Many patients have never received acupuncture before coming to our clinic and are naturally apprehensive about the process.

Front Desk Receptionists engender trust, confidence so that the patients can relax and present to the acupuncturist ready for healing and transformation to occur.

The Front Desk Receptionist is also the person who maintains the flow of the clinic, setting up the acupuncturists for success and making the patients feel well cared for.

The front desk also enforces company policies and handles patient complaints and concerns.
