Description

TRENTINI is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team with a lot of drive and ambition. With a history of 120 years in the industry, we are looking for someone who will help us maintain our reputation and bring in new business. In this role, you will handle a portfolio of 2,000 clients, nurture existing relationships, and expand our client base through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team in these efforts and eventually progress into the role of Agency Director.

This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

Key Responsibilities:

Service existing client base
Identify new business opportunities (B2B)
Supervise team activities and monitor results
Train and mentor new team members on company systems
Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership development

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Strong supervisory and leadership qualities
Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
Function well in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
Passionate about helping people and building relationships
Sales or customer service background
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Community involvement desire
Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

Licensing Requirements:

Must hold a valid Driver's License and be eligible to work in the U.S.
Clean background and access to personal transportation
Minimum 45-day evaluation period before advancement
