Responsibilities:
- This position is for an
HVAC contracting company - Process payroll
- Process A/P
- A/R
- Generate invoices for contracts and performed work
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Process orders and manage order entry in a timely manner
- Manage benefits for employees
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$80, $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 32 per week
