Responsibilities:

  • This position is for an
    HVAC contracting company
  • Process payroll


  • Process A/P

  • A/R
  • Generate invoices for contracts and performed work
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Process orders and manage order entry in a timely manner
  • Manage benefits for employees

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$80, $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 per week
