What you can achieve with us:

After an intensive training, you will mainly be responsible for maintaining and managing our heating, air conditioning, and plumbing systems.

You will independently set up electrical and hydraulic components for control processes in building automation and work closely with the technical management.

Over time, you will take on more responsibility and lead projects in the areas of air conditioning, renewable energy, and environmental technology.

You will support your team with general handyman tasks related to real estate and facility management.

What you bring to the table:

Completed training as an HVAC technician or mechatronics technician with a focus on heating or air conditioning, or alternatively, as a refrigeration technician.

Knowledge of KNX and Saia systems. Good manual skills and willingness to support in all areas of real estate and facility management. Ideally, some experience in renewable energy and environmental technology. High level of reliability, service orientation, and customer focus. Interest in regularly acquiring new knowledge and continuously developing yourself through projects. Enjoyment of working in a team characterized by respect and collegiality. Very good German language skills (min. C
