- Develops course syllabus for each course assigned based on ATC criteria. The syllabus will include learning objectives expressed in behavioral terms
- Distribute syllabus to campus administration and enrolled online students
- Instructs the depth and scope of class materials as outlined in the syllabus and catalog, relates instruction to careers and employee satisfaction and standards
- Prepare and grade exams based on course objectives and published scheduled exams, and returns all assignments/graded work in a timely manner
- Implements evaluation for outcomes assessments, and achieves established results while maintaining college standards and student satisfaction
- Work creatively in all assigned courses to keep students engaged online which will increase student retention
- Provide tutorial assistance and academic advising for all students when needed
- Submit midterm and final grades at the appropriate time of the quarter
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
- Master's degree or higher in accounting or a related field. Demonstrated Experience in teaching accounting, personal finance, or related subjects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment. Knowledge of current accounting principles, practices, and software.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in the learning process.
