$1000 SIGN ON BONUS for new hires

Schedule:

Friday 9p-9a, Saturday 9p-9a, Sunday 7:30p-7:30a

Training is 2-3 weeks on the day shift and then 1-2 weeks on overnights

Not only do we do transports for doctors' appointments, check ups, facilities, discharges, but we also provide our facilities with the option to call in emergency calls when needed.

What You Will Be Doing:

Responsibilities:

Answer the phone in a professional manner to ensure the best customer service
Accurate data entry of patients information and facility information
Follow up with appointments for the next business day to confirm or cancel
Learn and understand the concept of Logisticare and how to advise Medicaid patients on transportation options
Open communication between Dispatch, Supervisors and your Communications Supervisor
Protects the privacy of all patient information in accordance with the Company's privacy policies, procedures and practices, as required by federal and state laws, and in accordance with general principles of professionalism as a healthcare provider

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Willing to submit a drug test and background check
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work individually and as a team
Transportation to and from work

The Experience We Prefer:

Customer service background
Charting/EPRO knowledge
Logisticare knowledge
Curaspan knowledge
Administrative office experience
