POSITION OVERVIEW:
Price Simms Automotive Group is looking for a Parts Advisor who is extremely knowledgeable about automotive parts and accessories and can accurately answer questions and satisfy customer requirements in person or on the phone.
We are seeking a reliable individual to perform parts counter person duties such as locating automotive parts within the current inventory or from other sources (such as the internet, vendors, other dealerships, etc.) and arranging for delivery and installation.
The right candidate must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong customer service and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, WORK ENVIRONMENTS, and
WORK SCHEDULE:
Skill in operating office equipment such as a personal computer, copy machine and telephone system. Ability to perform routine bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.WORK LOCATION:
This position is headquartered in Marin County CA.
Job Type: Full-time, Exempt, Monday to Saturday with some weekends/Holidays, 4/10 hour shifts. Schedule flexibility is important.
Salary / Pay: $20 - $30/Hour Plus commission - DOE
