Description

Our company specializes in the packaging/assembly of corrugated boxes and packaging. This person will serve DC Metro up to Maine and work from their home office

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective and current customers to solicit sales of company products and services.
  • Receive customer inquiries and perform follow up procedures to include providing price quotes, new product information, and receiving feedback regarding company products and services.
  • Follow up with sales leads generated through incoming calls, advertising campaigns and other promotional efforts.
  • Travel to customer locations to present company products, services, and pricing information in a professional manner.
  • Maintain appropriate records for the development of sales forecasts for each customer.
  • Submit appropriate paperwork to management such as expense reports and call reports in accordance with training procedures.
  • Understand and support company sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers and foster the development of longterm business relationships.
  • Assist and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner notify management of problems and suggest corrective actions.
  • Collect and report competitive information to management.
  • Attend training activities and trade shows on behalf of company to present information regarding company products and services.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay:
$75, $100,000.00 per year
