Pine Grove Mills is looking for candidates to join our team as a trainee retail salesperson (m/f/d).

Our stores are the heart of Takko Fashion - with more than 1,900 stores in 17 countries in Europe, Takko Fashion is always close by.

We are looking for open-minded and competent team players who will help us shape our company's success.

As a trainee at Takko Fashion, you won't just be stocking shelves or making coffee.

On the contrary, you will be an integral part of the team and will be in close contact with our customers.

You will learn everything there is to know about the textile retail industry in a live and direct setting.


Your tasks will include:

  • Practical training in one of our Takko Fashion stores
  • Learning about daily operations in retail, including purchasing, sales, marketing, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Theoretical training at a local vocational school
  • Taking on departmental responsibilities during your training
  • Preparing for more responsible tasks in your third year, including intensive training in inventory and personnel management to be able to represent your store manager upon completion of your training.
