Get your foot in the door and you will start learning our precision laboratory testing and measurement systems with opportunities for a full career.

You will have a variety of interesting assignments and responsibilities in the lab. Each will be tailored to your experience and designed to develop your knowledge, skills, and abilities for advancement. Long-term, some promotional opportunities may require relocation.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Performs quality checks in the Quality Lab and/or on the production floor
  • Inspects bottles, preforms, and raw materials for compliance to requirements
  • Works closely with team members in production departments to help ensure quality parts
  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and legal regulations
  • Maintains and improves technical knowledge through training sessions
  • May perform audits and training in areas of quality systems, GMP/sanitation, Statistical Process Control, and Food Safety
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

First and foremost, you are very interested in a leadership career in manufacturing with the ultimate goal to not only grow your career but help someone else grow theirs as well.

You might possess knowledge of or experience with Injection Molding and/or Blow Molding. If not, you are eager to learn. You are aggressive, high energy and not afraid of getting a little dirt on your hands. You have superior organizational skills with an aptitude for problem solving and independent judgment. You are an excellent communicator, verbally and in writing. Your ultimate goal is to lead people and the business.


Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency on the computer and familiarity with basic programs such as spreadsheets and word processing
  • Basic math skills and ability to learn statistical analysis (statistical process control)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations
  • Interested in Continuous Improvement and able to thrive in a selfdirected environment

Education and Experience:


  • HS Diploma/GED Required. Three years of relevant experience (one employer) may be substituted
  • At least one year of related experience preferred

Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods working on feet
  • Must be able push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds at a time
  • Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines and inspect parts produced
