Information Technology Associate
Rug Pad USA is a growing e-commerce business looking to find ambitious, creative, and innovative individuals to help take the company to the next level.
Over the last 10 years Rug Pad USA has expanded to multiple locations, manages logistics and supply chain processes, and is currently expanding into manufacturing to create the best quality products for our customers.
- Provide IT services and support for onsite and remote employees
- Device & networking management including troubleshooting, configuring, repairing, and deploying
- Responsible for all facility technology including hardware, software, and printers.
- Act as a liaison for network and manufacturing equipment
- Collaborate with different teams to investigate, test, and implement new solutions
- Work with a ticketing system to prioritize tasks and projects
- Accurately document procedures and issue resolutions
- Remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
- Be able to move about inside the office and warehouse often
- Constantly operate a computer or other office productivity machinery
- Regularly position yourself to reach and maintain computer equipment, peripherals, or other hardware and equipment as necessary
- Communicate accurate information and ideas so others will understand
- Observe technical details from different ranges
- Occasionally move IT equipment weighing up to 40 pounds
- Occasionally work around machinery in possibly tight spaces
Qualifications & Skills (required):
- Clear understanding of enterprise device & computer network management
- Experience with cloud services
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Azure
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Strong organizational and office technology skills
- Attention to detail, prioritization, and documentation
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a nontechnical audience
Qualifications & Skills (preferred):
- Mobile Device Management
- Cisco Meraki network device management
- Previous Manufacturing/Warehouse experience specific to Information Technology
- Virtual Application Experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent relevant work experience)
- 35 years experience
