We are currently seeking a dedicated
Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d) to join our team in the
Credit & Treasury department on a fixed-term basis for one year as a parental leave replacement.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week).

Your responsibilities:

Retrieving external bank data and importing it into the ERP system (SAP)
Booking of imported bank data and reconciling payments with customer invoices
Collaborating with credit control in cases of payment issues
SEPA management and all related tasks (direct debit runs, SEPA mandates, etc.)
Reconciliation of accounts for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Customer support for balance inquiries, open items, payments, and refunds
Handling customer complaints related to accounts receivable
Providing balance confirmations for external auditors
Participating in potential projects aimed at improving and promoting processes in accounts receivable

Your profile:

You have professional experience in finance, preferably in accounts receivable
You have a strong affinity for numbers and possess analytical skills, as well as a handson mentality
With a holistic view, you always keep the big picture in mind
You have a strong customer service orientation, communication skills, initiative, and a teamoriented mindset
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software, preferably SAP, and have fluency in English and German,
