    Description

    Overview:

    Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an Associate Budget Analyst in support of Army INSCOM G8 program at Fort Belvoir, VA. These positions involve providing management and technical support in the areas of Resource Planning, Resource Programming, Resource Budgeting, Resource Execution (PPBE), Congressional Authorizations and Appropriations, and Resource Oversight support in the preparation, review, analysis, coordination and maintenance of documentation and associated databases used in DOD resource management systems. This includes Future-Years Defense Program (FYDP) planning, development of transformational resource support programs, and maintenance of the data management systems that provide resources, fiscal or manning and support for current year funds execution.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
    • Manpower Programming and Budget
    • Procurement Request review and corrective action recommendation
    • Financial Analysis
    • Budget Execution
    • Execution Data Maintenance
    • Current Year Budget Execution reporting
    • Resource Allocation
    • Organization agreements
    • Data Package Support
    • Civilian Resource Management
    • Management Accounting/Accounting Support
    • Review MIPRs and UFRs
    • DTS/GTC tasks as needed
    Education, Requirements and Qualifications:
    • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
    • Preferred: Bachelors Degree
    • Substitute 4 additional years of DoD financial management experience for a bachelors degree.
    • 5 years DOD financial management experience.
    • Completed Fiscal Law, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE) and Intelligence Resource Management courses within 120 days of arrival.
    • Have experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) and/or DOD financial and management systems such as General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Standard Finance Systems (STANFINS)
    • Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
    Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
    • No travel requirements
