Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance IADLs
- ADLs
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
- Prepare and serve meals to residents, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with transfers
- 1 year of experience of caregiving systems and techniques
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy
