Innovative and Responsible - Your Tasks are Challenging:

  • Project management and monitoring of active development projects (including innovation and funding projects) regarding objectives, time, resources, and costs
  • Managing the development roadmap for the entire department
  • Creating project plans and utilizing agile project management for changes
  • Preparing evaluations, documentation, reports, white papers, and monthly reports

    • Coordinating the creation and management of the IP portfolio
  • Managing cross-departmental tasks and issues as the central contact person for development for all internal departments (design, commissioning, production, purchasing, controlling, sales, and project management)
  • Contributing innovative ideas and improvements - both in terms of content (technical) and in terms of efficient tools and processes
  • Supporting the development manager and department heads in administrative matters professionally and personally

Your Qualifications and Profile are Convincing:

  • Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, automation technology, manufacturing technology, physical technology, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or physics
  • Extensive knowledge in at least two of the following areas: optics, laser technology, laser material processing, industrial metrology, or machine tool engineering
