Job Overview:
Duties:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciling financial statements
- Perform general ledger reconciliation and doubleentry bookkeeping
- Assist with tax preparation and submission
- Generate journal entries and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero) to manage financial transactions
- Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating payroll
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation and doubleentry bookkeeping
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in 10key typing

Pay:
$ $28.25 per hour
