Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciling financial statements
  • Perform general ledger reconciliation and doubleentry bookkeeping
  • Assist with tax preparation and submission
  • Generate journal entries and maintain accurate financial records
  • Utilize accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero) to manage financial transactions
  • Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating payroll

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation and doubleentry bookkeeping
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in 10key typing
