Job Title: IT Network Engineer

Department: IT

Location: Dallas, TX (On-site)

Salary: $120k

Job Responsibilities:

Construct, operate, and maintain IT infrastructure, including network server rooms, servers, ensuring robust performance and security.

Deliver high-quality IT services adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA) within the ITIL framework, covering user accounts, computing devices, printers, telephony, conferencing systems, and other IT applications.

Manage IT assets throughout their entire lifecycle, complete with thorough documentation and record-keeping.

Collaborate in the deployment of IT projects, contributing to strategic planning and execution.

Fulfill additional tasks as directed by the department head, supporting a wide range of IT functions.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Proven more than 3-5 years experiences as an IT Engineer, Network Engineer, System Engineer or similar role.

Hands-on experiences on network protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP, BGP, SD-WAN, VPN, OSPF/IS-IS and MPLS related technologies.

Hands-on experience of network devices, such as Cisco, Arista, Juniper, H3C, and other vendors.

Hands on experience Windows and/or Linux server environments.

Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.

IT Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, ITIL, PMP, etc.) will be viewed favorably.

Autonomous work ethic with the capacity to engage effectively in team settings.
