Receptionist Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible office receptionist to join our growing organization. In this position, you will perform clerical tasks, answer phones, and help around the office.

Other duties will include assisting office manager with preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents, and generally keeping the office organized, tidy, and running smoothly.


Responsibilities

  • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic company information
  • Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
  • Set appointments
  • Enter new customer information into system
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Update existing customer information
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Get permits for jobs
  • Help where needed in the office

Qualifications

  • Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees.
  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
