As a strong company and the largest landlord in the city, we have been active in the Heidelberg real estate market for 100 years.

We manage and develop our portfolio of around 7,300 rental apartments in a socially and environmentally sustainable manner, and provide construction services for special properties as well as cultural and sports facilities.

In addition, we act as a property developer, facility manager, and redevelopment agency according to the German Building Code. We effectively support the demands for quality of life and living in Heidelberg.

We are currently seeking a full-time Engineer/Technician/Foreman with a focus on building services as a warranty manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our "Construction Management" division.
