Head of Event Organization & Sales (m/f/d)
We are a modern, expanding service provider and operate four event venues as a municipal company. The focus of our events is on conferences, trade fairs, and congresses, as well as social and cultural events.

Your tasks with us:

Personnel management & development of the team
Responsibility for the entire rental business of our locations and for the activities of our event agency
Strategic development and operational implementation of sales measures and processes
Customer acquisition, maintenance of business relationships with organizers such as corporates, concert agencies, PCOs & event agencies, and maintenance of our network
Representative at regional/national industry meetings, trade fairs, and events
Project management in central product teams, as well as consulting, planning, organization, onsite event support, and followup of events
Further development of customer offerings and our sales portfolio

Your previous mark:

You have successfully completed studies with a focus on business administration, marketing, communication, or a comparable education and training
You have been active in the event industry, event or trade fair landscape for many years and have experience in personnel management and development
You have comprehensive and versatile knowledge of the event
