The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Learn more about benefits at Google.Responsibilities Partner with Customer Engineering (CE) leadership to develop strategy and business plan, and work with the team to execute it.
Help define and execute on key strategic priorities for the Customer Engineering organization.Work with cross-functional organizations within Google Cloud to drive alignment and collaboration on the execution and achievement of key business goals.
Build annual and quarterly planning processes, development of business plans, operating models, resource allocation, market segmentation and area design, and manage goal setting, tracking, and performance measurement.
Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations.
