The Job
We are seeking an honest and reliable go-to handyman to become part of our growing team We are looking for someone to respond to work orders, maintenance requests, and emergency calls.
Responsibilities:
Complete maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
Type of work includes but is not limited to:
changing toilets, clearing drains, taping off sinkholes, unclogging toilets, changing door handle locks and knobs, changing sprinkler heads, fixing valves, building/fixing fences and gates, flipping and changing out breakers, replacing and installing appliances, fixing and noting potential safety issues, installing light fixtures, changing out air filters, repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage, clean up, and other routine maintenance.
Requirements:
Willingness and availability to be on-call and to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
Knowledge of electrical systems.
Must have a valid CA Driver's License.
Must have reliable truck and the ability to drive to and from properties and communities and your car must be insured with our company as an additional insured.
Must have own tools, ladder, and any additional items needed to get the job done - or the knowledge to note what rental tools are needed.
