Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management in an upscale restaurant
• Have the ability to read and understand P&L statements
• Professional appearance and grooming standards
• Positive attitude and team player mind set
• Full time flexibility and availability to work
• Programming of POS experience
• Problem solving skills and excellent project execution skills
• POS Micros skills
• Payroll Administration
• Beverage Program Maintenance and Inventory Control

- developing and executing marketing plans with our Music Director

• TIPS Training and Certificate
• Alcohol manager License
