Join a leading chemical manufacturer in Jackson, MI, as a Chemical Production Operator through our contract opportunities. Begin with a competitive starting rate of $19 per hour. (Possible contract extension or direct hire. Benefits Available)

Overview:

As a Production Operator, you'll be vital in supporting team operations, including chemical process management, tank truck and rail car handling, and other essential tasks. This hands-on role demands comfort with fast-paced manufacturing environments and close interaction with products and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Uphold stringent safety protocols.
- Execute tank truck and rail car pumping and loading/unloading.
- Perform equipment troubleshooting.
- Operate forklifts.
- Manage chemical processes.

Schedule:

Five-day workweek.
- 2nd shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm.
- Overtime opportunities available.

Pay Rate:

Starting rate: $19.00/hour.

Additional Benefits:

Provided PPE and uniforms.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent – Mandatory.
- Manufacturing/Production Experience – Mandatory.
- Warehouse Experience (including forklift operation and shipping/receiving) – Mandatory.
- Basic Computer Skills Required; SAP Knowledge Preferred.
