    The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in assisting guests during check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all their needs are met professionally and promptly.

    • Understand and respond to guest needs promptly and professionally.
    • Follow Front Desk procedures accurately, including registering guests, handling special requests, and more.
    • Stay up-to-date on hotel information to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Resolve guest complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary.
    • Utilize various software for Front Desk operations.
    • Be familiar with hotel emergency procedures and provide assistance as needed.

    Job Knowledge & Educational Level: High school diploma or equivalent required. Fluent in English. Minimum one year of customer service experience. Prior hotel experience preferred. Basic math and computer skills are necessary.

    Skills and Aptitudes: Detail-oriented, organized, able to prioritize tasks, quick learner, safety-conscious, strong verbal communication, courteous, team player, customer-focused, trustworthy, and reliable.

    Physical Demands: Requires standing, walking, and using stairs frequently. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours. Occasional lifting of objects up to 75 lbs.
