As a Sales Order Processing Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order management and customer satisfaction
Your responsibilities will include:

Order Entry and Management:
- Accurately read and enter sales orders into the system.
- Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, and pricing.
- Coordinate with sales representatives and customers to resolve any discrepancies.
QuickBooks Expertise:
- Utilize QuickBooks or similar accounting software to process orders.
- Record sales transactions, update inventory levels, and generate invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of sales data and financial transactions.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to orders, shipping, and delivery timelines.
- Assist customers with order modifications, cancellations, and returns.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team, warehouse staff, and finance department to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Communicate order status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Attention to Detail:
- Doublecheck order information to prevent errors or delays.
- Monitor backorders and proactively address any issues.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience using QuickBooks or a similar accounting software.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pay:
$ $22.28 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
