    What Will You Do?As the Patient Access Manager, you'll play a vital role in daily operations and serve as the liaison between the Shared Service Center (SSC) and the facility. Your responsibilities include:

    • Implementing Model AIDET guidelines in all patient interactions and ensuring adherence to patient experience expectations.
    • Overseeing patient registration functions, ensuring minimal wait times, and promptly addressing patient complaints.
    • Supervising and maintaining employee productivity, conducting staff meetings, and providing in-services.
    • Managing departmental operations, including budgeting and staffing.
    • Assuming on-call responsibilities to ensure adequate staffing and problem-solving.

    What Will You Need?

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required.
    • Minimum three years' experience in Patient Access in an acute care setting.
    • Clinical Managers/Practice Managers with at least two years of experience will be considered.
