    Description
    Join our practice in Albuquerque where CRNAs and MDs practice independently alongside each other in a Collaborative Anesthesiology Team.

    You'll join a collegial team of 25 CRNAs and 3 anesthesiologists who prioritize interprofessional collaboration to ensure we provide the best possible anesthetic care to our patients.

    CRNAs with at least one year of experience are preferred, however, we will consider new grad CRNAs who are highly motivated to succeed in an independent practice setting.


    CRNAs will practice to the full scope of their license and independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc.

    A facilitator is available to help run the board, for consultation, and for a second set of hands in an emergency.

    Willing to mentor for blocks and lines. Perfect spot for someone who wants to escape the ACT model and begin independent practice. Weekday call is approximately 3x/mo (1st, 2nd, or 3rd call). Weekend call is approximately every 6th weekend. Holiday call is approximately one holiday/year.

    Case Variety:
    general, ortho, ENT, bariatrics, plastics, GYN, peds dental, peds ENT, GI, urology, spine, neuro. No OB, trauma, cardiac or thoracic.


    COMPENSATION DETAIL
    $310-$340K (production-based)
    1099 practice
    $8K annual bonus potential (paid quarterly)

    $40K Sign-On/ Relo Bonus
    $10K retention bonus after 5 years

    7 weeks off per year
