Your responsibilities:

  • You keep an eye on changes in supervisory regulations and assess their impact on bank management
  • You play a key role in implementing supervisory and business requirements for controlling, with a focus on ICAAP, ILAAP, and MARisk
  • You are responsible for the conceptual development of methods and procedures in your area of responsibility and ensure targeted reporting
  • You conduct detailed analyses and create evaluations and recommendations for decisionmakers
  • You take on direct responsibility in roles such as project or subproject leader

Your qualifications:

  • You have a degree in business administration or a comparable education in the banking sector and/or controlling
  • You have relevant professional experience in overall bank and risk management
  • You have expert knowledge in methods, instruments, and systems, as well as in validating risk parameters
  • Your knowledge of supervisory regulations (CRR/CRD, KWG, MaRisk) is complemented by your analytical, entrepreneurial, and solutionoriented mindset
  • You have a high level of independence, personal responsibility, and assertiveness
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people
