    Description

    We're looking for a dynamic individual to spearhead our mobile knowledge tool that supports sellers on the go with training and quick-hit job aids.

    As an App Maestro with Content Guru status, you'll orchestrate the symphony of our platform's performance, ensuring every user experience hits the right notes while prioritizing user engagement.

    Additionally, your product and project management skills will ensure all elements come together seamlessly.


    DSI, a premier Dallas-based sales enablement and custom business solutions company, founded in 1984 and family-owned and run, has an immediate career opportunity for a Mobile Knowledge Tool Product Manager.

    This position will be responsible for coordinating the product roadmap, training content, materials, and processes, specifically for sellers and support agents.

    Requirements


    Conduct and manage the mobile knowledge tool's day-to-day operations, delivering an exceptional end-user experience that ensures optimal performance, useability, and reliability.

    Define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs

    Establish and maintain content production workflows, schedules, and quality standards to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.


    Work closely with the development team to translate product requirements into actionable development plans and drive timely delivery of product releases.

    Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, including developing messaging and positioning collateral to drive awareness and adoption.


    Collaborate with trainers, content developers, and partners to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback and business objectives.

    Develop and implement content strategies aligned with company goals and target audience, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.


    Oversee the creation, curation, and publishing of high-quality content across various formats including articles, training, videos, graphics, and interactive elements.

    Analyze app usage data, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for content optimization and new feature development.

    Conduct regular content audits and performance assessments to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and identify areas for improvement.

    Computer/Technical Skills

    Required:
    Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); strong computer proficiency, web conferencing (ex. Zoom, Teams), and A/V setup and troubleshooting skills (projector setup, TV, and audio systems, etc.)

    Highly Preferred:
    Learning Management Systems experience

    Highly Preferred:
    Cloud-based content storage, organization, and file-sharing expertise

    Business Intelligence Software

    Other Requirements

    Preferred - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field (ex. Communications, English, Marketing, Computer Science or related field)

    Experience managing mobile applications, with a strong understanding of app development lifecycle, app store guidelines, and performance metrics.

    Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


    Excellent product management skills with the ability to be responsible for the success or failure of the product in the market.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

    Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from data.

    Neat, professional appearance, and outgoing demeanor

    Must have a dependable vehicle with valid vehicle insurance, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record

    Must be available for occasional, multi-day, overnight travel

    Valid passport

    Employees must be able to cover their non-airfare travel expenses prior to reimbursement (expenses are processed weekly once submitted)
